Regular Tai Chi and Qigong practice strengthens the body and mind connection, reduces stress, builds stamina, and enhances the immune system. Tai Chi and Qigong practice also improves cardiovascular, respiratory, lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive functions, and help speed recovery from illness.
