mind (精),
energy (氣)
and spirit (神).
Its movements are soft, agile, light and steady. Regular practice of Tai Chi will deepen breath, promote blood and qi/chi circulation and
improve health physically and mentally.
Under the tutelage of Master Zeng Chen Dong (董增辰),
third generation Master of Dong Style Tai Chi, disciple Janet Jin will instruct you in the arts of Tai Chi Chuan. Assisting Janet is Edgar Ng, an advanced Tai
Chi and Ba Gua practitioner for over 30 years. |
