| Welcome to Janet Jin’s Honolulu Tai Chi Chuan classes! Tai Chi is a Chinese internal martial art and the exercise of
mind (精),
energy (氣)
and spirit (神).
Its movements are soft, agile, light and steady. Regular practice of Tai Chi will deepen breath, promote blood and qi/chi circulation and
improve health physically and mentally.
Assisting Janet is Edgar Ng and Mark Hughes, both are advanced Tai
Chi practitioners for over 30 years. |

| Yiquan is internal martial arts. The practice of Yiquan will enhance the body coordination, ability and overall awareness. It is designed for those who are seeking the internal development, for health or/and martial arts. The practice is challenging physically and intellectually, and is only suitable for those who are willing to learn it as a way of self-realization and cultivation. |
